About Lee Williams
Lee Williams is the former Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning at the University of Missouri, and was responsible for assisting with the player development program for football and track. He is now the owner of Lifestyle Performance and Fitness in Houston, Texas, and is an advocate for ZIJA International™ after discovering the benefits of this program and personally achieving fitness and performance goals. He has witnessed the results of the ZIJA products and wants to direct his clients to a company that can assist them with peak performance and optimal health and wellness.
He is currently working with high school, collegiate, and professional athletes as well as training personal clients to achieve their health and fitness goals. LifeStyle Performance & Fitness is mobile which allows Coach Williams the flexibility to meet clients in their space where he creates a variety of drills, exercises, and training stations to maximize performance goals.
Coach Williams is also utilizing his skills as a Certified Life Coach on a public speaking circuit. He has been the featured speaker at the University of Missouri Coach's Corner as well as several schools and coaching clinics in the St. Louis area. He has traveled to Capetown, South Africa to lecture and train athletes at Western Cape University, Deleft Technical High School, Noorder Paarl High School, and the Western Cape Sports School, an academy committed solely to training athletes.
Prior to his arrival at the University of Missouri, Williams spent three years at Prairie View A&M University in Texas as the Athletic Equipment Manager and Strength and Conditioning Coach for all seventeen athletic programs. He established the first Strength and Conditioning program for the athletic department in the school's history.
While training the Prairie View A&M University Panthers and providing nutrional guidance, the university earned six championships in three years. Those championships include:

• Men's Tennis SWAC Conference Champions (2010)
• Volleyball Team SWAC Champions (2010)
• PVAMU Football SWAC Conference Champions (2009)

Coach Williams lettered as a defensive lineman at Alabama State University from 1992-1995 and after a collegiate career ending back injury, he became an amateur bodybuilding competitor from 1996-1998. In 1996, he finished fifth in the Mr. Montgomery category and third place in the heavy weight division.
In 1997, he finished third in the heavy weight division and returned to football in 1999 for a brief stay with the Arena Football League's Jacksonville Tomcats. He then spent two seasons with the National Public Safety League Semi-Pro team, Houston Gunners from 2002-2003 and led them to an undefeated season by becoming league Champions in 2003.
Coach Williams holds a Masters degree in Coaching & Athletic Administration and received his undergraduate degree in Psychology. He holds certifications from United States Weightlifting Association, Functional Movement Screening (FMS), Sports Nutrition and Personal Training. In 2012, he became a certified Life Coach from Fowler Wainwright International and founded LifeStyle Performance & Fitness. Below is a snapshot of his academic and athletic achievements:
